不是什么打折信息，是自己的亲身经历，写出来希望对大家有点启发：当自己的权益受到侵害时一定要维护，不能得过且过。
事情缘由，上周二crazy johns系统有漏洞，抢了2台免费prepaid手机，也不抱啥希望，说是3天能给邮寄，结果等了一周多还没信，今天突然收到邮件说不给了，理由很牵强，说我信用不够，这不是侮辱人呢吗？立马回信反驳，3个小时之后回信道歉并承诺今天发出手机。
现把邮件贴出来，希望对大家有用。（请忽略我的英文吧，毕竟不是母语，能看懂就行）
人善被人欺，马善被人骑。说的一点都不假啊。。
倒不是差这个手机，关键他们拒绝的方式太不合理了，这不等同于骂人吗？说我信用不够？

Hi,
I am very disappointed about your service and I reserve the rignt to prosecute your slander. I bet the reason that you decline my application is because the price of the phone is 0. It is your fault to list the price of 0 on the website. It's non of my business. If you just declined my application with the reason that you made a mistake of the price and I would accept your apologizing. However, now you sent me an email and said my credit didn't achieve your demand. This is an absolute slander. I know TIO may deal with such cases and 2 years ago I complained Telstra and got $1200 compensation. I don't know how much you should make compensation at last but I know it won't be less than that because you are not only integrity but also rejecting customer's application with slandering.
Anyway, I am going to escalate this case to TIO if you can't resolve this thing within 3 working days.
