Hi there
I have 1 room for rent in a recently built 4 bedroom house. The room is furnished with a single bed and desk if required. I also have 2 double beds to furnish if you prefer.
I am a responsible female in her early 30's. I work full time, and I like to keep a clean and tidy house. No messy noisy people please!
The house is newly built and fully furnished. Some features include; wifi access, ducted heating, washing machine, modern kitchen and LCD TV.
The house is situated aprox 10-15 mins walk to Point Cook Town Centre in a quiet street.
