Just got an email from a New Zealand-based translation/interpretation agency. See if you're interested.  



For a new service offering of interpreting over the Internet, we are currently recruiting translators and interpreters, and would be delighted if you are interested. Below a few first details, let me know if you have any further questions.

Requirements:

1. Broadband internet connection; headphones.

2. Regular availability on one (or more) weekdays, during one (or more) of the following time slots,

9am-11am
11am-2pm
2pm-5pm, or
5pm-7pm
(all NZ time)

3. PayPal account.

Our service:

1. Consecutive interpreting between your mother tongue and English; note: will not be simultaneous interpreting, and does not require dedicated interpreter training; the vast majority of calls will be non-technical, general customer calls and enquiries.

2. Payment per minute served: EUR 0.50; payable end of month following the month service has been provided (identical to our translation payment terms).
