This box has been running for two years with the same configuration used in previous versions for over six years. The only times it has failed ..... guess who caused the problems.
A word to MUD ... errrrr I meant to say Pennytel,
1. make sure ALL of your users have plenty of notice [ 2 weeks is minimum for an excercise such as this ] of the changes they may have to make to fit in with your new configuration.
2. You've previously failed the DNS challenge & it's happened again this time hire someone who has extensive DNS & routing experience to document what you have now, recommend and implement any improvements needed, revise the documentation THEN have them teach your people how to look after it.
3. Don't roll out changes until they have been fully tested with real live customers. You can call for beta testers from your website, you can email your customers & invite them to beta test. You can even post in your announcements thread on Whirlpool.
Thanks again CJWA.
