AGED DEPENDENT RELATIVE VISA(114 VISA)签证问题

有申请过上述签证成功的请进来说说，除了网上列出来的条件，还需要满足别什么条件吗？我妈因为是再婚， 名下有2个继子女， 就不符合子女配比平衡表， 不能给她办移民了。 我现在担心她老了以后怎么办？网上看到有那个114 VISA， 不知道她有继子女会不会影响她申请114 VISA。 请高人解答下，没分奉送， 但是先谢谢了！

她身边拖了好大一群人啊！不管有没有继子女，只要有老伴就不能用114签证移民。肯定不行，只有排队移民了，或者付费。

Who is this visa for?
如果没有配偶，经济上依附于你，年龄也符合要求的前提下，应该满足申请的基本条件。还有健康等因素也要满足要求。

This visa is for people who are:
•aged (age requirements apply)
•financially dependent on a relative in Australia for a reasonable period of time
•single, having never married or entered into a de facto relationship, or are widowed, divorced or formally separated from their partner.

Family members of the aged dependent relative may also be included in the application if they meet certain requirements.

谢谢回复，就是因为有继子女，排队和付费的都没戏， 不符合条件， 办不了PARENT VISA

谢谢斑竹回复，网上的applicant eligibility,我反复看了， 就那四点， 没提到必须有一半的子女住在澳洲，我的理解就是应该不受子女配比平衡的约束，但不知道是否是这样，坛里有帖说给寡居的母亲办过这签证了， 也没有提说妈妈在国内还有没有兄弟姐妹啥的 。我觉得应该是满足那四点就行了。 不知道是不是这样。我妈的情况就是卡在这子女配比平衡上了， 否则早给她申请移民了。

Offshore的。

靠谱的不少

onshore能申请的，只要签证里面没有8503条款。而且申请后就拿过桥签证，可以一直待在澳大利亚
