这是pre-approval吗？

今天下午3点把材料交到Westpac，5点他们就说可以上网把结果打印出来了。

下面是主要内容：
Loan Entitlement

Congratulations, we are pleased to confirm that your loan application has been approved in principle with the following details:

Full borrower Name:xxxx
Type of Loan        Loan Amount
Rocket Repay ...     $......
......


我觉得应该是，不过也太快了一点，所以请教TZ们 :si78

That's the right one.
I am actually thinking about rocket repay as well.

$199 annual fee. With offset. Does it have split? And what rate did you get approved for?

The annual fee is $395 and the rate is 7.37%. The comparison rate is 7.54%.

I consulted Patric and HuaSheng and was told that I can have a better rate actually. ：）

I'm also considering split but at this stage it's a little bit earlier to talk about these details.

Rocket Repay is only $199 per year. THe premium package is $395. Are you sure you are getting the right one?
Whatever rate you are pre-approved for can change once it goes official so negotiate again when time comes.
I think I will aim for no annual fee and 7.27%, assuming no official interest rate increase. Fingers crossed.

Yes, you're right. It's $199/Yr rather than $395.

Let us know if you got a good deal with comparison rate 7.27%!

With Westpac you probably can get a camparison rate at 7.27% incl annual fee which can't be waived.:)
