今天早上我的ＣＲＵＣＩＡＬ 固体硬盘坏了，客服要我做下面几步。

６月份在，
http://www.bhphotovideo.com　买的　２５６ＧCRUCIAL硬盘，今天早上开笔记本，，笔记本认不到这盘，，进BIOS 也看不到这盘，，  取下来用USB CABLE 连到其他的电脑也读不出这盘，，

http://www.bhphotovideo.com  不管，说找厂商，，

和CRUCIAL  联系 要我执行下面这几步希望能把硬盘 问题修复。。  
我还没试，晚上回去试试，，，，

Allowing the drive to sit in the BIOS will improve the odds that the power cycle will work. For laptops, we don’t recommended using a USB enclosure powered via USB. In addition, Apple laptop users must boot the system to the open firmware.

1. Laptop users will need to be in the BIOS menu, or open firmware as stated above. The computer will need to stay powered for 20 minutes. We recommend you don’t use the laptop during this process.

2. Power the computer down and disconnect the drive for 30 seconds.

3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 one more time.

4. Reconnect the drive normally, and boot the computer to your operating system.
