我在2012年2月注册了公司（Pty Ltd), 但到目前为止只有投入没有开始真正的营业，所以也没有任何收入，请问需要报税吗，公司报税年也是7月到6月吗，还是自己注册的时间（2月到1月？）

Lodged "nil" income of company income tax return form to ATO if there's no assessable income.

However, it would be still better to let a registered tax accountant to look at your actual company transactions. Some people didn't think they had income, but it turned out they did have income. Simply because of different view and different concept of income.
