注册tax agent课程免掉cpa advanced taxation的
听同事说起过 是不是有一个课程可以免TAX的 好像是说那个读了就可以独立帮人退税了?

不确定你说的什么课程可以学了就帮人独立退税，registered tax agent都要有一定相关工作经验才能申请的，不是学历就可以的。

最好直接问你同事了解清楚。

我是3年前申请到 Tax Agent Licence 的，他们当时批出的准则如下:

1. A degree holder in accounting/finance or equivalent
2. Completed 3 law subjects in Australia
3. Completed 2 taxation law subjects with Uni, "Taxation Law" & "Advance Taxation Law" or completed CPA Taxation Law Program.
4. Certified public accountant of any recognised professional association, such as Charter Accountants or CPA
5. Minimum 3 years working experience in Tax industry.
6. Must provide information for how many tax returns have been done for last 3 years, such as 300 tax returns done for individuals, 50 for companies, 50 for Trusts, 50 for partnerships, 50 for superfund etc
7. Employer's declaration on your application form to proof your above tax working experience.

Good luck with your application, and be nice when you are talking with Indian licence application assessors.

I just become a tax agent.

as LS link, there are 3 years working experience requirements plus 2 tax related courses plus need registered tax agent become your supervising tax agent, plus....
