关于父母付费移民申请的几个问题

父母刚刚拿到676一年期旅游探亲签证，最迟明年5月之前入境，签证上有8503 ‘No further stay’条款，目前他们还在国内，我打算现在开始申请付费年迈父母移民申请（临居）884（父亲已经65岁），有几个问题问一下各位高人：

•        递交申请表是在国内还是等他们过来在境内申请？（因为我看Booklet 3–14页上面写884签证申请在澳洲递交），困惑。看了Leeshine的帖子，里面提到“所有的年迈父母类别，不论是付费或者普通，全部在澳洲境内递签取签，case由各地office审理”，是指由我在澳洲递交吗？

•        Sponsor 和 Assurance of Support 可以是同一个人（我本人），只要收入能满足条件，对吗？

•        体检 – 除申请人外，所有子女（包括在国内不移民的）也要体检，对吗？

•        40A表格 –只是我父母移民，没有dependant child，除了填写47PA表格，还用填47A吗？

•        我感觉还是应该在境外递交此申请，如果我是正确的话，请问是递交到西澳吗？

•        我母亲有多年的高血压，但基本上药物可以控制，会影响签证批准吗？

盼有经验的大侠多多指教。分分明天奉上。

申请不了884，因为有8503。应该申请173，材料可以境内或境外递交，下签必须人在境外。

sponsor和aos可以是你本人。

独生子女好像不用47a表

非常感谢版主的回复。也就是说即使我父母已经达到aged parent 的年龄，还是要申请173， 普通父母付费移民（临居）。
那他们干吗还要设一个884的签证？我还以为年龄到了65就必须申请884呢。再次感谢！:si7

同问，如果在境内，年龄又够65岁，应该可以申请884和864吧。没看见864和884有8503的限制啊。
还有，143和864有什么区别？哪个快点呢？

8503 no further stay就限制了一般情况下在境内申请签证的可能了。除非有及为特殊情况，可以waive掉8503条款。

143可以境内或境外递交申请，但是下签证必须人在境外。而且没有过桥签证，在批准前基本得靠676旅游签证访澳。申请人年龄没有硬性规定。

864是境内申请，境内拿签证。比如676没有8503，申请人达到年龄要求，就可以申请，并且拿过桥签证在境内合法居住。

速度我感觉差不多。

应该是境内申请要快。排的队是不一样的。

got response from parent visa office,  it seems all the parent visa have to be lodged offshore if 8503 attached on 676 visa....

If an applicant is in Australia, they may validly apply to the Parent Visa Centre, only if they do not have a ‘No Further Stay’ condition (8503) attached to the visa that they hold at time of application.

Parents who have had a previous visa application refused or cancelled while they are in Australia may also be prevented from applying whilst in Australia.  

If an applicant has condition 8503 imposed on her/his visitor visa and lodges a Parent Visa Application, then, that application will be rendered invalid and returned to the address indicated in the application.  

However, that person can lodge a parent visa application once s/he has departed Australia.  That person must be outside Australia at the time our Department receives her/his parent visa application.

To make a valid application, you must lodge the application at the correct address.

有8503条款的不能在境内递交884，否则算无效申请。
之前在澳洲境内有过拒签经历的也不满足onshore申请资格。这两种情况都得申请offshore类别。境外的交到perth，境内的在各州处理。
