公司位于PORT MELBOURNE，现招一名installation coordinator，要求：

具体工作包括：
looking after the Solar PV installation & Warehouse Maintenance, it starts from getting approved sales orders from accounting & ends with successful system installation; it is an all rounder role rather than one facet focused.

The following duties are listed according to their priorities with the most important on the top,

1.Sales Support
Cooperate with retail sales representative to facilitate the sales. Mainly as Communication Bridge between installers & sales reps for issues like installation suitability & switch board upgrade. Site inspection when the situation warrants.

2.Installation Coordination

Daily checking of CRM system for any coming installation, confirm/receive installation orders from accounting, organize the installation with the installers when it is due, work with reception to liaison with customers to schedule the installation date, confirm with sale rep if necessary.

Monitor the installation progress with installers & customer, remedy discrepancy with client & installers.

Work with reception & complaint to fix the problems happened during the installation & result from installation, possible solution may involve one or a combination of the following, the relevant installer to go back for re-wiring, change part, and/or fix any damage to the property.

3. Warehouse operation & management
Maintain warehouse stock control dealing with installers, couriers, Incoming stock checking, organizing dispatch of product and ensure accurate data recording of stock movements both in and out of the warehouse

4. Periodic stock reconciliation with installers for stock surplus or shortage result from job maneuvers, prompt report to management, especially any discrepancy.

5. Work with stock projection from management to ensure there is sufficient stock to meet the demand in the installation schedule

6. Cooperate with other areas of business for the general warehouse maintenance & order, assists only when necessary and expressly required, but not to involve in their daily general duties.

3个月试用期，转正后工资为每年4万+9%养老金。
