请问房子里的“踢脚线不要订死”怎么说？

家里的房子正在建，因为以后要铺地板，装地板的人说要跟builder说一声，踢脚线订的时候就在两头订一下就可以，不要订死，到时要再卸下来装地板，然后再装回去的，这个怎么说呢？
踢脚的英文好像是skirting board

Don't nail down the skirting boards. They are gonna be taken off for the floor. Thanks mate.
