办165时候费了许多功夫，目前好像有越来越多的人对165感兴趣，不过也貌似快要关门了？我把我当时查到的资料说下，供想办的人参考下。
Queensland-布里斯班
165条件：
• they have a genuine commitment to work and live in Queensland
• they have the financial capacity and a genuine commitment to engage in business or investment activities in Queensland
• that Queensland can benefit economically from the proposed investment or business
• they have sufficient net assets to settle in Queensland
• they have a total of at least three years' experience of direct involvement in managing one or more qualifying businesses or eligible investments
• for at least one of the five fiscal years immediately before the application is made they have maintained either:
o direct involvement in either managing a qualifying business in which they (or they and their spouse together) had an ownership interest the business
o direct involvement in managing their (or they and their spouse's combined) eligible investments, the total value of which was at least $750,000
• for the two fiscal years immediately before the application is made, the net value of their (or they and their spouse's) assets was at least $1,125,000
• they have demonstrated a high level of management skill in relation to an eligible investment or qualifying business activity
• at the time of decision, they have made a Designated Investment of $750,000
• they are aged less than 55 years at time of application or are proposing to establish or participate in a business that the Queensland Government has determined is of exceptional economic benefit to Queensland
• neither they or their spouse have a history of involvement in business or investment activities that are of a nature that is not generally acceptable in Australia
• they have a realistic commitment to continue to maintain a business or investment activity in Australia after the designated investment has matured.

• Provide evidence of an established residency in Queensland during the two year period immediately prior to application
• Maintained an investment in the Queensland Treasury Corporation for a minimum of three years and nine months immediately prior to application
• Have a genuine ongoing commitment to live and work in Queensland
• Have the financial capacity and a genuine ongoing commitment to continue to engage in investment or business activities in Queensland

• You have at least three years experience of direct involvement in managing businesses or investments;
• For one of the last five fiscal years, you directly managed a business in which you held an ownership interest of at least 10% OR you directly managed investments worth at least A$750,000;
• For each of the last two fiscal years, your total business and personal assets had a net value of at least A$1,125,000;
• You are able to make a Designated Investment of A$750,000 with the Western Australian Treasury Corporation for a four-year term;
• You are able to transfer additional funds of around A$250,000 for your settlement and ongoing living costs in Western Australia ; and
• You are less than 55 years or age, or you are proposing to participate in a business or investment activity which will be of exceptional economic benefit to the State (refer to the State Sponsorship Guidelines

• Requires the holder to invest a designated amount (minimum of AUD$750,000) into South Australia Government Financing Authority bonds
• Allows the holder to establish or conduct a business in South Australia

• You have held your designated investment for at least 4 years
• You have been a resident in South Australia for at least 2 years during the last 4 years prior to your application; and
• You have a genuine and realistic commitment to maintain a business or Investment activity in South Australia

维州-墨尔本
• Meet the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) eligibility requirements for this visa.

• Are able to demonstrate a successful business career.

• Have a genuine and realistic commitment to seek Australian permanent residency status by living in the State of Victoria and operating an ‘eligible’ business.

• Are aged no more than 54 years & 9 months at the time of sponsorship application.
To attract state sponsorship support the applicant must
• make a ‘designated’ investment with the Treasury Corporation of Victoria, and
• agree to establish an ‘eligible’ business in Victoria within 36 months of arrival in order to qualify for future sponsorship support for residency status.

An ‘eligible’ business activity includes most commercial endeavors (excluding passive investment) recognised by the Australian Tax Office as a business.

转893条件
1) The Victorian Government does not participate in the Migration Review Tribunal appeals process.
2) Victorian Government sponsorship is not transferable to any other Australian State or Territory.
3) The applicant is required to reside in Victoria for the prescribed time.
4) The ‘eligible’ business must commence operation within 36 months of arrival in Australia.
5) In addition to the designated investment of A$750,000 the applicant must have transferred no less than A$250,000 net assets to Victoria within 23 months of arrival in Australia.
6) Within two (2) weeks of arrival in Australia the applicant must make an appointment to report in person to the Melbourne office of the sponsor (or other party as agreed) to register their arrival.
7) Representatives of the Victorian Government reserve the right to make direct contact with the applicant in relation to this application or settlement matter                            8) The applicant cannot apply for Victorian Government sponsorship if they currently have a sponsorship application being considered by another Australian State or Territory.
9) The applicant must read (or have had read to them) the contents of their application and then personally sign a conditional sponsorship offer attesting that the information contained therein is true and correct.
