State/Territory Sponsored Investor (Provisional) (Subclass 165)签证，下面是基本要求
Age
You must be less than 55 years old (except where the regional authority considers that the proposed business will be of exceptional economic benefit to the region).
Sponsorship
You must be sponsored by an appropriate regional authority of a State or Territory government.
Designated Investment
At the time of the decision you made a government approved Designated Investment of at least AUD750,000 in a state or territory of Australia. This amount must be available for transfer to Australia within a reasonable period when requested.
Business career
You have had at least three years experience of direct involvement in managing one or more qualifying businesses or eligible investments.
You must have the following for at least one of the five fiscal years immediately before the application is made:
•maintained direct involvement in managing a qualifying business in which you (or you and your spouse or de facto partner) had an ownership interest of at least 10 per cent of the total value of the business
or
•maintained direct involvement in managing your (or you and your partner's combined) eligible investments, the total value of which was at least AUD750 000.
Business experience
You have an overall successful record of eligible investment of qualifying business activity.
You have a total of at least three years experience of direct involvement in managing one of more main businesses of eligible investments.
You have demonstrated a high level of management skill in relation to an eligible investment or qualifying business activity.
Business record
You (or your partner) have never been involved in unacceptable business or investment activities.
Committed to business in Australia
You have a commitment to develop and maintain an ownership interest in a business in Australia and you must maintain direct and continuous involvement in the management of that business.
Net assets
The net value of your (or your and your partner's combined) assets was at least AUD1,125,000 for the two fiscal years immediately before you apply.
简单点说，就是
1、至少有3年投资或经商经验
2、过去5年中至少有1年在公司中占10％股份或管理过75万澳币的资产；
3、全家净资产超过112.5万澳币；
4、投资75万澳币到澳洲政府指定的债券中；
5、有州政府担保
6、年龄在55岁以下，无需英语成绩
两年后，你可以选择
This visa is a temporary visa, and the first step towards being granted a permanent Business Skills visa. You must be outside Australia when this visa is granted.
Exception: Secondary applicants may be in Australia when their visa is granted if they are on a student visa.
You may be eligible for a permanent Business Skills visa after holding this visa for a minimum of two years. To be eligible for a permanent Business Skills visa you must meet all the obligations of this visa and additional requirements of the permanent Business Skills visa you apply for. Meeting these requirements may take you longer than two years.
After two years you may be eligible to apply for one of the following visas:
•Investor (residence)
•State/Territory Sponsored Investor (residence)
•Business Owner (residence)
•State/Territory Sponsored Business Owner (residence)
我刚帮朋友做完一个这样的CASE，我建议你还是要找大的负责中介帮你准备材料，风险我感觉就是审核你的资金来源和你是否参与公司日常经营管理的材料要做的很详细，移民官查的很严，主要是查申请人必须证明投资到澳洲的75万澳币是通过自己的经商或投资赚来的。
顺便回答下楼上的几个问题，现在债券收益率大概是5.3%左右。 在我帮朋友做的这个CASE里面，递交到下来的时候大概是10个月。
