What to avoid
-FISH

While two to three serves(150g) of most fish are fine to consume per week, due to their high mercury levels avoid more than one serve in a week of orange roughy(sea perch) and one serve per fortnight of shark(flake) or billfish(marlin, swordfish, broadbill). For more infomation about these recommendations go to www.foodstandards.gov.au

我也问过我的OB,说淡水盲曹Barramundi可以吃,海鱼就尽量不要吃或少吃哈
