这个中介有点烦

某中介总是不停地问，你最近有没有别的面试，是哪家（而他自己叮嘱我千万不要把他的职位告诉别人），是哪天，是几点钟。如果你有了别的面试一定要告诉我（挺多电话面试我哪告诉得过来），不能说有了offer再告诉我。


他给我推荐了一个职位，一面结束了，如没啥问题应该是2面。他这时候这么关心，而且还问我说，我面试中了解到雇主的需求是什么，想招几个人？他要视情况推荐给雇主最合适的人选。问我为什么想去那个公司。

我被问得受不了了，终于透露给他我有1个二面（他问我是哪个中介介绍，什么公司。我一概没说，只告诉他行业）。觉得总要给他点希望吧，不能让他觉得我就等他这一棵树。

会不会是他觉得我有可能会被别的offer吸引走，所以决定猛推别人，或者别的职位就不再着重推荐我了吧？

对其他任何中介（其他人也没像他这么问的。。），我都说，其他的interview正在等待安排。觉得告诉太多情况对自己不利。

一点不说吧，会不会又被他感觉非他莫属？有点困惑

Play this diplomatically, as you don’t want to get them off side, at the same time you really don’t want to give them leads. Otherwise they will try to present other candidates to the client, and thus reduce your chance

strongly advice that you tell them you have been applying for a lot positions, too many to list or remember. Tell them that you are keen on finding the perfect job and have been perusing lots of options. Then finish by, saying, If they are concerned as to not submit your resume twice to a client, that they should first come to you with any potential job opportunities prior to submitting your resume and you can advise them if you would like to proceed or notify them if you have already been presented by another client.

A few years ago I provided this information to a recruiting firm and was purposely double submitted to have my resume thrown out.
