如何正确的进房产投资
房产投资是当今社会最热门的话题，但投资房地产并不简简单单只是买套房子而已，在千千万万的房产投资者中有的人赚钱、有的人没有赚钱。为什么同样是投资房产，却有如此巨大的差距呢？这个就是我写这篇文章的目的，通过这篇文章我想帮助现在和未来正在计划买房的人，对于这种投资有个明确的认识，帮助他们对于自己的投资进行规划，最终通过房产致富。这个也就是我们经常说到的，Financial Freedom。不仅仅在于how to build wealth by investing in real estate，而是在于how YOUcan build wealth by investing in real estate。这两者看似一样，其实差距很大。我想通过最简单最直接的语言，让大家更好的了解如何投资房产。
在写这篇文章的过程中，我并不是以一种所谓“专家”的身份来分析问题，我只是希望通过这几年我在这个行业里面所得到的数据以及自己切身的体会来给各位读者一个参考，仅仅只是一个Guide的作用。就像我题目所说的一样，在人们做投资的时候可以归纳为Seven Steps 7个步骤。为了大家能够更好的理解我将要说明的内容，我会分别通过7篇文章来说明。而在这之前，我列出了以下一些问题：
