那卖掉的第一套房子,从10年11月settle到11年9月卖掉,这不满12个月,那是不是也不能享受CGT的50%减免?

Hi, CGT works on contract dates, but obviously the building costs won't be incurred until after the contract is signed - but they still form part of the CGT cost base. I hope it helps...
In regards to the main residence exemption, you have to look at all sorts of facts...but bear in mind you only have one main residence. |
