Notting Hill is still the cheapest area in Monash. Most of the house have age 40+.
Land size is quite large, 700m2 is quite comman.
House size is relatively small. Most of them need renovation if want to live yourself.
Price range 50w-68w depend upon the size of th house or condition.
Location is not too bad and close to everywhere.
However, this area used to be the commision area, a lot of people living there is relatively poor(a lot of retired people plus some rental accomodataio (Monash student).
Good investment area(high rental yield), peaceful and queit.
However, no school in walking distance.
HAve good potential for subdivisin, however, may need to wait for more year as neigbourhood is against any out of character development. |
