Use a sensible analysis to have a look property market, you will get the point, diff people have diff opinion for same house / investment assets. Tell you a truth, investment is  gambling based on reasonable analysis. Only look one side ignore others may lead you a wrong way.

If you still not get me, then I have nothing to say. Do your research properly then make commons

I am desire to have interest increases. Prices of property in Mel will decreases. It has been reported 1.5% decreases by RD data. (today tonight on Monday)….

much beta, dude, then we come 2 da common ground, u r right, but da thing is, making unbiased comparision will help us see da whole pic, i never mean2 be jumped 2 da coculsion, just kinda self-statement ranther than pretendin a guru who making god dame analysis which i hate it as da most

i cant see any argument leads here, i wouldnt use any figure to prove my point, instead, i was using common sense 2 elaborate my point, thing aint gonna make every one happy, or i could discuss as a flattering way but it would become sarcastic

when da market booming, confidence all over da world, ppl would over-stated its sustainability, when da market go down, u jump i jump, become a bit quiet n sensible, watz that mean?? CONFIDENCE, NO MATTER U GET ME OR NOT, DATZ STATUS QUO
