1st one, those 2 r not da brand new one~~~nope on da market bcoz most of them just been consolidated by da serviced apt groups who paying good rent~~yes, yes, as a investment point of view dats fair enough, pretty good return as long term dividents paid~~no owners gonna put it on da market unless he or she got any financail problem, but~~~for self living just kinda crap~~its ture~~no doubts~~ probably the one u sold b4 already been a investment property which suppose to be a self living purpose~~~~
2nd one, QV, verve, milano, i cant say serviced apt got those big cut~~dats why their body corp got that high, so da rent is higher, position position position, someset and mantra just mainly serviced apt, dont do any misleading~~~as time flees, they cant be always well looked after and maintained bcoz every one getting old, off course so far so good as a new condition, but just status quo
3rd one, i dont think security and privacy would be a issue in those apts which not dead old, they have to do that, they have to make some $$, in lobbying and bargaining power, serviced apt gr is far more powerful compared to individual owners~~
last one, quality just cant be instead of position~~~one got it depreciated, one just perpetual~~~&look@their age, da latest one, da worst quality, datz da way developer making $$
By the way, a lot of landlords just investors~~~but not living there~~off course they got well judgment&perception~~~
