For 2 weeks only, the Grace Brasserie will be transformed into a food lovers’ heaven – representing Indonesian cuisine at its best from Sumatera to Papua. With dynamic live cooking demonstrations, a selection of authentic dishes sampling from different cooking styles will be skilfully prepared by executive chefs from Alila Hotels, Indonesia.
