去not-for-profit organization面试business development analyst

其实有点好奇，都是什么人要创建not-for-profit organization啊？他们都是靠什么盈利啊？老板赚钱吗？为什么这种机构要扩张啊？不赚钱干嘛要扩张！？！

not-for-profit，故名思义，就不是以赢利为目的的。他们一般通过公司，机构和个人捐助维持运行。除运行开支外，捐助主要用于慈善事业。我一个同学在World Vision做Marketing Manager，听她说他们的工作，真的很有意义呢。
LZ要去面试了，而且是business devp analyst职位，之前一定要好好做做功课再去。

我还不是很理解这种business呢。。工作如何有意思？我以为是努力向政府寻求funding呢，world vision就是除了开支之外的所有钱都用于慈善事业啊？真是伟大~~

当然他们的开支也用于business development和marketing，以获得更多捐款。
主要捐募得对象是企业，机构和个人的。
慈善机构的工作没有意义吗？当然如果你不认同这个行业，面试就不容易了，进去了也不开心 :-)

没有啦，只是不了解。。不知面试该侧重什么方面讲。。所以看来。。这个职位是要去fund raising了。。

responsibilities大概是：
•        Conduct business analysis and a work flow analysis to assess difficulties in reaching goals and to determine viability, sustainability and competiveness of proposed business strategies
•        Conduct empirical research and elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis
•        Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, distinguish requests from the underlying true needs, and document requirements
•        Conduct PESTLE, SWOT and impact analyses and prepare informed recommendations able to be transformed into operational requirements

其实我还蛮喜欢这种工作，悠闲，钱多，不知稳定否。偶志向不高。

这种工作你会接触到很多募捐活动，说白了就是办个event通过event筹集善款，我认识几个香港人就是做这个的，他们成功举办一个event能募集到10w澳币左右的善款。

可以得到的钱也不可以自己用的啊，是他们几个创建了一个not for profit?? 最多还是只能赚个工资和福利？

也有很多人不光只是想赚钱的，而想做一点有意义的事。我一个同学在上海的，一直在做公益事业，为了这个自己还投了很多钱进去（当然他本身也有一点底子的）

很多这种机构阿，不过据我了解他们的薪水都是在market rate同一级别的上端．

他们靠这个none profit的头衔搞得自己做什么费用都很低，我原来的公司给他们这类的机构做过网站，费用charge的比别人少一半。
