Job description:
You will be responsible for providing technical support in the field of IT related problem to our employee.
You will also be supporting the server, printer and all other equipments.
Responsibilities:
Provide desktop support to all the employee
Maintain the office facilities, including but not restrict to the file server, Access control system, printer, scanner, Fax and so on.
Maintain LAN and the corresponding equipments
Maintain WAN and the corresponding equipments
Ensure the information security in the office
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in a Computer Technical or IT related discipline At least 1 or 2 years experience in computer or IT fields., including enterprise solutions, computer peripherals, database and application etc, IT desktop support work experience is preferred. Knowledgeable with OS: W98/2K/NT/XP and AD.
Knowledgeable with office facilities: Printer, Scanner, Fax, PABX, Access control and CCTV Knowledgeable with software: Office, Lotus Notes, OE, Outlook, IE and so on.
Familiarity with LAN administration.
Familiarity with WAN administration Familiarity with computer peripherals & applications. Excellent written and communication skills in English High degree of self-motivation and service spirit. |
