For the avoidance of doubt, if you are engaged in the computer industry after termination of this employment, and without restricting your right to employment in this industry, you shall keep confidential all confidential information coming into your possession and knowledge during your employment with XXX, including without limitation, client lists and other proprietary know-how.

黑体字的意思是什么？

还有，Non-Competition段里
During the course of the employee's employment, the employee may not take up any other employment or engagement without the prior consent of XXX。

take up的意思是什么，如果其它公司给了Offer，接受了但是没有正式开始，算是take up 吗？

完整的NON-COMPETITION是

During the course of the employee's employment, the employee may not take up any other employment or engagement without the prior consent of XXX.  Also the employee must not during the course of the employment undertake any other employment or engagement that (i) adversely affects XXX or (ii) hinders the performance of duties owed to XXX.

Prior to commencing employment, the employee must disclose to XXX any existing employment or engagement.

没有提到任何关于Post Employment Restraints的条款。是不是意味着在Employment期间不能从事其它工作（competitor）的，一旦终止Employment就可以立马去另外公司工作了？
