电子签名需要注意什麽

在工作中如果其他部门需要我提供我的签名的扫描件供他们使用，我需要注意什麽？ 因为我无法控制他们使用的范围。谢谢

奇怪，签名一次有效，为什么他们要你的扫描件，为了以后他们擅自用。

电子文档中，除了数字签名你能控制以外，其他都不能。
除非让公司明文规定那些稳定必须要原始签名，否则签名无效。

是因为一些报告是使用我做的template，他们只需要我的签名即可发出去了。

个人理解：
法律规定所有使用你的e-signature的communication都需要你的conset/approval，否则是无效的。
所以你可以要求或提醒他们，每次使用了你的签名都要发给你获得你的consent，你也有个概念或者备份。
当然这种consent也可以通过你工作的性质，你的title等infer出来
你可以和他们商量一个比较practical的方式。

Recently I done that for our CRM / SAP system, so customers and sales person can sign orders on the screen
We got advice from the legal department.
Basically your company must be able to protect that signature-image. In our company only the CRM DBA is able to access signatures(in database). Other persons (like AP AR) are able to see the whole invoce image (invoice with signature) but not able to download(for example, disable the right-click button).
