如果super报告只能看到单位unit的价格，这个收益怎么算呢？

super的unit价格不停的变动，但是从来没有分红，如果不分红，单位unit的价格是否会越来越高？那我后来的contribute是不是要用更高的价格买入，这样是不是很亏呢？

LS的问题不明白，按说应该分红的，这样保持unit的价格在一个稳定的区间。

一个是income: dividend or interest
一个是growth: capital growth
可以以房地产做类比。

不是所有基金都有dividend/income的，很多income fund会有dividend/rental income（一般是投资在商业房地产）不代表所有managefund都有。当一个基金的underlying investment 增值的时候unit price就会升值。一般来说income fund就没有什么capital growth.

ok...我來試的了解一下..

樓主聽起來你的super應該是在所謂的"retail"下來?
如果就是一般的retail, 所有transcations (including paying the management fees, dividends etc etc) 所有transcation all done behind the scene.. 就他們fund managers會自己算好, all built into your unit price...老實說 所有的變動只有他們知道.

但如果你今天是所謂platform/wrap這種super (wholesale), 他們就會有一個cash account, 所有transcation都會來從這cash account處理, i.e. dividends paid to the cash account, management fees taken out from the cash blah blah..  所以transcations來說會比較明白.

但一個managed fund下來有20, 30個不同的shares, 每家share發dividend時間都不一樣.. 你也不可能o...今天CBA發xx.xx dividend所以我的unit price will down/up by xx.xx.
因為這個fund下面不只有CBA還有很多其他shares..

有点明白了，其实我的问题很简单，就像分红型基金一样。有收益就把80%给分掉，这样unit价格就降下来了。如果一直不分红。那么unit价格越来越高。这样好像不合理？反正没发现dividend啥的，就是unit price不停的涨
