Good , you mentioned HBA. Interesting thing, I had a look at their claim form, actually in the back of form is medical certificate,but on the top clearly stated: Please complete if claiming for a pre-existing medical condition. in another word, I would understand; if not pre-existing condition, don't need to complete this certificate, isn't it?
or maybe in reality, it requires the certificate in both condition, no matter it is pre-existing or not( like you said, have you claimed before?)
And please tell me the exception which would not be covered for bulk billing GP( because when we made enquiry to HBA, sales team told us it fully covers bulk billing gp, same as medicare card, whichever will be covered under medicare card, they will cover as well.) so confusing!
