Have anyone calculate the net rental return of your investment properties ?
NET RENTAL RETURN = (RENT - INTEREST - AGENT FEE - COUNCIL FEE - YARRA FEE - STATE LAND TAX - INSURANCE MAINTENANCE FEE) / (PAID MONEY INTO THE PROPERTY + REPAYMENT)
Can you guys share the number in different postcode ?
What I found it is very low and much less than the bank interest ? And all hopes of the investment is in future unknown capital appreciation.
