有人用virgin 的网络吗，居然不能来电转接

现在用Virgin 的手机网络，前两天需要把我的手机转到同事那里，怎么设都提示服务无法完成。。我还想，这个破手机，怎么这个功能有bug。。结果换了3个手机都不行，就知道是Virgin 的问题了。。

第二天打客服，说要divert，客服的人说，要输入什么什么star star号码# 的才能divert，我设置了，居然一打我的手机还响。。再打客服，客服的人说，这个服务有可能24 小时才能active。。我 。。Virgin 太差了。。

以前想入Vodafone，结果Vodafone的海外客服告诉我我的号码从2007 年开始就是inactive的，不能带号入网。。我告诉她我今天还在用这个号，它不可能是inactive 的。。结果那边的印度客服就一遍一遍的告诉我，我的号是inactive 的。。

听说可以Virgin 客服要求自己控制来点转接，这样以后就可以在手机上直接divert 了，可惜我没试过，就这service ，我都害怕到时候转出去，cancel 不了。。

在用Virgin，但是从不用Divert功能

Problem: I want to divert all calls to another number for a while.
Solution: You can divert your calls to another number (mobile or landline) by entering a special diversion code.
Please remember that, while there is no charge for you to receive a voicemail, if you divert the call to another number your service will be charged for the diversion at normal call rates.
If you are using a Pre-Paid service and set up a diversion to another number, eg a landline, you will need to have enough credit on your account for the diversions to work.

To divert all calls to another number, type in **62*xxxxxxxxxx# (where x is the number you are diverting to, eg **62*0288888888) and press the call button (ie usual button you press when receiving/making calls or sending text messages).
Now all incoming calls will divert to the number you have entered.
Remember, if your are diverting to a landline you will need to enter the area code, if you are diverting to a mobile number, do not enter an area code.
To remove this diversion you will need to cancel all diversions and re-setup Vmail - see the steps above.

至少国际长途的信号不错，一般响5下左右就通。（当然，是偶尔打啊）
THREE，一是慢，二是经常接不通，接通了有时信号也不好。

对，就是这个手工divert 模式，转完了，也提示转接成功，但是就是一打手机还响。。然后客服说可能最长要等24小时生效。。

Virgin 的手机信号好像是不怎么好。。我另外一个telstra 的手机在我家同样的地方型号好很多。。virgin 就经常无网络，telstra 一点事儿都没有。

还有virgin 的无线上网在我家也不好用，老公说要上房顶可能好用。。

Virgin用的是optus的網絡啊，看一下OPTUS的coverage map就曉得哪里有信號了
總的來說還不錯，就是在人多的地方（I。E。airport）有時會搶不到信道。。打不出去。。要多打幾下
