有没有真正考了这个IQEX的啊？到底要考些什么啊？我明年也准备开始考了。

我查了下。美国各个州都有ACCOUNTING BOARD。你还要选州来申请。美国大概只有33个州认CPA AUS和ICAA吧。各个州审批的要求也不一样。有没有谁知道哪个州要简单些啊？

有没有其他信息大家可以交流下呢？

内陆一点的州相对简单点，我记得我朋友对我说过一个州，不过我对美国不熟悉，所以不记得了。我需要翻翻以前的邮件，看看是否还能找到那个州的名字

我不打算去偏僻的地方，因为还要周转比较麻烦点，我要么选加州，要么去纽约去考试。

NY是什么都不认的,我一朋友还英国念的会计和英国的ＣＡ，apply NY的考试，谁知NY太拽了什么都不认，要重新assess并要补credit，她还是米国green card呢。她说要念完credit再考试都不知多少年以后的事了。。。人生就在考试中度过。。。No life

Possible choices of states:
1.Illinois: 150 credit hours and two tier system issuing a CPA certificate and a CPA license

These two states are very popular for non-accounting graduates

Thanks! CA is the state to choose then. I like CA anyway.

Illinois is a good choice

To which state should I apply after I pass IQEX?

Unless you have a compelling reason to join a particular State Board, we recommend that you apply to the State of Illinois. Illinois charges a one-time fee (presently $345) and has no annual dues or professional education requirements. You may download an application at www.ilboa.org.

When are you going to have the exam? If this year, you can study with Clair. If next year, you can study with me.

我也看了一下，对拥有国内会计本科，通过ICAA评估，CA qualified的我们，如何对付下面几个问题：

1. 那个申请表格（see attachment)，Question 10，我们算哪一类？

2. Question 11，我们又怎么写？难道写 - ”清华大学会计系“？ 这样是不是就违反了以下的要求呢。


Letter of Good Standing

Every candidate, including initial and re-examination, must submit a current Letter of Good Standing from their original institution each time an application is submitted for the IQEX. This letter should include the candidate's current ICAA membership status and a statement of the candidate's qualifying education. Candidates who qualified for ICAA based on education completed outside Australia do not qualify for the IQEX.

The Letter of Good Standing must be received in our office before a Notice to Schedule will be released to the candidate.

可能要明年吧。我现在还是等CPA的MENTOR结束。结束了才能用CPA FULL MEMBERSHIP去申请IQEX。呵呵。那就和你明年一起学咯~先麻烦了~
