我查了不少学校，大致上看私校的ENGLISH比较好，但数学不一定。

因为悉尼小学有OC班吧,墨尔本没有.
刚才我无聊,把BOX HILL,BALWYN,BALWYN NORTH,MOUNT WAVERLEY的小学都比较过了,
有几个非常非常的好,TOP的比例竟然有96%,97%,令人咋舌.

你是不是看不懂中文，看看patrickzhu版主的解释：
。。。。。Bottom quarter 7%， Middle quarters 22%& 60%， Top quarter 11%
大家可以看到，top quarter的比例很低，大部分学生来自于25-75区间（82%），底层的学生比例有7%。
在我看来，这个学校的教学水平可能就会很好，因为大部分学生来自于教育背景不高的家庭，但是在NAPLAN的测试里并不差，所以不能简单的给这个学校贴一个“差”字的标签

我目前想不出很好的词来解释这个意思，所谓好生差生就是用来说明举例，是粗人的大白话，抱歉抱歉。
大家一起来想想应该如何来翻译这段定义。
