Our company is the leading furniture online retail business in Australia servicing a wide variety of clients with high quality products.
We require the services of easy going, mature minded and energetic person to be warehouse and office assistant.
Duties include:
Basic installation & pickup of high quality furniture Showroom and warehouse activities
Providing excellent customer service
Managing onsite customer enquiries
Stock Management – sending and receiving goods; stock take; stock audit
Order Management – Manage processing of orders received via the online store from receipt to completion; pick and pack
Manage relationships with courier companies
offloader the container with other team members
Selection Criteria
preferable previouse experience working in a similar position
Professional attitude & manner
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to perform work unsupervised with minimal errors
