Build and Release Specialist

In Global Organization Sydney Office,

As a member of the Software Tools and Systems team, the successful candidate will:
Perform software Build and Release activities
Signing and debugging of software builds
Process software release requests for internal and external releases
Contribute to continuous improvement of software configuration management (SCM) practices
Analyze, configure and enhance tools used for builds, releases, quality assurance, defect tracking and source code management for teams within the organization
Investigate and evaluate new features and solutions for software teams
Monitor and maintain system performance utilizing variety of metrics and monitoring tools
Apply application configuration updates
Supporting end user Quality Center, DevTrack, Integrity, Perforce, MS Project Server enquiries
Establish and maintain documentation and procedures
Provide data reporting and analysis to drive system and process improvements
Tools include, but are not limited to: Perforce, JIRA, Confluence, MKS Integrity, HP Quality Center, MS Project Server, a variety of in-house built tools and systems.

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Post-secondary education in computer systems or other technical field
Good working knowledge of software development and software configuration management (SCM) practices
2 or more years experience performing software builds with tools such as make
2 or more years experience in languages such as Perl, PHP, Shell, and Java
2 or more years experience with Defect Tracking and/or Source Code Control tools
Experience working with relational databases and SQL
Experience with technical or application support
Able to keep pace with new technologies and support methods and to apply them appropriately
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Creative problem solving ability
Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
Strong organizational skills to be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills both verbal and written (English)
ADDITIONAL ASSETS
Previous knowledge of one or more of the following tools: Electric Commander, Perforce, JIRA, Confluence, MKS Integrity, HP Quality Center, MS Project Server
Previous web development experience
Experience working with globally dispersed teams
Proficient in Unix/Linux

Level C就在8万左右吧，但好歹也是Permanent，而且公司福利是参照北美的。
你要是够经验，到Level D,那就上100K了。
