学生打工用ABN 的问题

小弟来澳大利亚也快2年了，发现周围有很多的同学用ABN 在工厂打工，向周围人问了很多关于ABN 的事情，大家也是众说纷纭，所以小弟也把心中的疑问说出来，请比较专业的人士回答一下。
1，用ABN 在工厂打工到底合不合法？
2，用ABN 打工就是BUSSINESS TO BUSSINESS, 不是EMPOLYEE 的关系，如果在工厂受伤了，工厂能给赔偿吗？
3，如果申请了ABN 而不去用，每年ATO 是不是要收取一些管理费？
4，打工时ABN 要给老板看，那如何知道老板是否在滥用我的ABN ？ （比如往我的ABN 里多打钱，使他达到避税的目的）
5，现在申请ABN比以前难多了，这是不是就意味着澳大利亚税务局已经意识到学生用ABN打工的这么一个问题，并逐步地在这方面严加管理了呢？

1, there is nothing to stop you working under an ABN, however, when the employer requires you to work under an ABN, often they are not meeting some of the legal requirements.
2. If you are injured at work, some employer will try to get out by claiming that you are a contractor who is responsible for paying your own workcover, however, if you are deemed to be an employer, it is still employer's responsibility to pay workcover on your behalf.
