由于中介要求加租8%, 我提出4%但被拒绝后今天终于回复了中介选择退租. 刚好在圣诞节时间结束, 请问退租需要注意中介什么陷阱?  尤其关心2个月bond金何时退还.

We have received your notice regarding the rent increase. Unfortunately, the increase is too high for us,   

As per our lease agreement requiring a three month notice, we will pay rent up to 26th Dec. 2025 and vacate the warehouse on the same date, returning the premises.

Please confirm the next steps for the handover process and advise how many days it will take for the bond to be returned. You may arrange a date for inspection or take photos of the premises.

Additionally, please send us the correct invoice so we can make the payment on time.
