路由是Amazon eero 6+ router，我们NBN是那种到curb（FTTC），用的一个老路由，速度连接确实不怎么样。
需要stay connected 24个月。
请教，这个路由能用吗？

能用, 但锁2年我肯定不干. 比如100的plan, 我6/12个月跳一次, 基本上比标准价低20一月

我也收到了，需要的话也是可以考虑的，如果要取消，但还没有到24个月，只需要给剩余月份*单价即可。

12. When Customers cancel their Superloop broadband service
prior to the end of the 24-month term, they will be required to
pay a clawback for every month still remaining on their term.
The clawback fee will be rounded up to the closest full month
and is inclusive of GST. The clawback fees are as follows;
• Amazon eero 6+ router, $7.00 per month;
• Amazon eero 6+ router (extender), $7.00 per month;
• ZTE H1600 WiFi Gateway router, $7.00 per month; or
• ZTE H3601 Extender, $5 per month.
For example, if a Customer stays connected for 20 months
before disconnecting, the clawback fee for an Amazon eero 6+
router would be $28 (4 months x $7).

其实我有点动心的。WFH稳定第一位，superloop算是好的运营商了，之前一直用TPG的，现在100G的每月90刀，正常价吧，给个router也是白来的，反正不给也多半不会转走，除非Telstra之类的给好deal。

这个我也收到邮件了，免费给个eero 6+，但要自己掏腰包付20刀的运费，还在犹豫要不要时。结果Superloop今天发了一邮件说要把我的计划从下月开始涨价15刀，还好没有和他签24个月合同，不然他随时涨价却还不能随便转走要亏死了。

打客服电话转到customer success team, 跟他们要求保持现有价格，不然就走人。 superloop给我又延长了一年的优惠期。

刚又跳回southernphone，100的65一月搞一年，后面再跳。感觉能把鸡蛋钱省出来。。。
