今天送我的长城炮去Westpoint Autos这个dealership做service，一肚子不愉快。已经用英文在Facebook GWM OWNER GROUP投诉了，就不翻译了，直接COPY, 有兴趣就看看，切记远离这个dealer。Westpoint Autos这个dealership在QLD是大dealer，还卖现代，尼桑，LDV, MG, Isuzu等等十几个牌子，今天service的地方各种不同品牌的车。
Be careful when you service your car in Westpoint Auto, Hillcrest, QLD (maybe other dealerships). Today I sent my car to Westpoint auto to perform 25000kms scheduled service. After I left my car about 1 hour, I received an up sale call recommended me to spend $153 on changing air conditioner filter. I questioned it as it’s included in this scheduled service, then they suggested me to do an air conditioning treatment. I refused it. Such a big alarm for me. When I tried to pickup my vehicle, I questioned what parts the mechanic used today. Luckily the consultant was honest I found out they didn’t replace engine coolant. But the invoice was for 25000kms service. Initially he said engine coolant is not included in this service. I showed him the GWM service brochure. He checked with his manager, admitted they made a mistake just didn’t do that item and they will redo it ASAP. It is such a terrible experience. Until now, I am still waiting at the service department. They insisted they do the rest of items. Can I trust them? I think I would pull out air conditioning filter to check when I am free during Easter. Sadly looks like no way I could check out whether they replaced brake fluid.
后续是他说电脑出错，把15000kms的scheduled service打出来了，虽然我book的是25000kms service. 我更不放心了，你第一次发票打出来的是25000kms的service，这个是大保养，比15000kms多了换空调滤芯，刹车油，发动机防冻液。现在只揪出来一项，其他两个也不知道做没做。那个consultant主动提出把零头抹掉，$42. 但是如果其他的少做一项我亏大本了。下一次这些项目要2年以后才做，又没得看监控，只能take it一肚子气跑回家。 |
