中央空调超大缺点，只能分区控制出风口，不能实现每个房间单独控制。所有卧室和所有功能区这样分，怎么办？

350平米，就是开70%，245平米，一个都不够用，

我一般一开就是开一整层楼，小孩活动空间大，即使晚上，一个房间也有30平米开着，再加小孩的，需要一个8kw 功率的空调开着才够用

我的楼下有两个7kw的分体，楼上是ducted，否则根本不够用。

一层两层？两层比较麻烦。你可以问他一下。

换装split，很容易，半天就好了。

管道都埋在墙里，有的还专门做bulkhead去cover。如果要改管道，不开墙基本是不可能的。

听过很多次了，中央空调有问题，最后开墙发现某一段duct没接好。

245平米够哈，我以前的house比这还大

刚看到。 那我的应该不是ducted了。 是multi split那种。
我是以前的坏了， 重新换的。 就买了和以前差不多的。
covid时换的， 五个head / external unit 2 万多， 再加开橱门/墙的费用。 大概2.5 万。
楼下一个head ，2023年，  但也有internal unit/ external unit  （ 不知道为什么） 1万八千， 再加 檫橱费用， 大概2 万多。
