I am a mentor for a CA candidate, this is the letter I received from CA re mentoring. I don't think it discloses any personal information. However, your mentor will be asking you about your new employment details if you are going to keep your current mentor from your old employer as your mentor after you change your job. If you identify a new mentor, from what I heard, I don't think they will email your old employer about your new employement details. Hope it helps....
