请教下高手国内叫的阿尔法D3 的英文名字，澳洲有没有卖哦。
我google了的，然后，我还抄写了国内的说明上的名字去问药房和gp，居然都给我说没有，我觉得应该有的呢。
我爸爸有严重的骨质疏松，常年吃这个药以帮助钙吸收，不是普通的D3，是国内叫的阿尔法D3 ，我想如果这边可以买到，他就不用带1年的药了啊，请知道的朋友告诉我下哦。

你google alpha D3出来的就是Alfacalcidol啊，品名和拉丁名不同吧

阿尔法D3 is 1-alpha-hydroxycholecalciferol (1αOHD3)

Vitamin D3 is also called cholecalciferol, which can be made in the skin (by sunlight) or ingested (Vitamin D supplement).
Vitamin D3 is then hydroxylated in the liver to 25-hydroxycholecalciferol  -  25(OH)D3 or calcidiol
25-hydroxycholecalciferol is further hydroxylated in the kidneys by the enzyme 1α-hydroxylase, into the biologically active hormone 1,25-dihydroxycholecalciferol  - 1,25(OH)2D3 or calcitriol

In patient with renal impairement,  the kidney coversion is decreased, so Vitamin D3 supplement  can not covert to the biologically active 1,25(OH)2D3 or calcitriol.

阿尔法D3 [1α(OH)D3], is not biologically active, it need be coverted to 1,25(OH)2D3 by liver.  阿尔法D3 may not available is Australia.  
In Australia,  calcitriol, the biologically active form of Vitamin D is used.

Calcitriol is an authority  drug,  expensive for private prescription ($100 for 100 tablets of 0.25mcg)
