是否只能去 NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) 仲裁? 理由是签约前承诺修复仓库漏水, 但至今1年还是漏水并没修复;
中介回复:
Your rent increase for next year can’t be negotiated 11 months in advance. Clause 2 in the annexure of your lease states that at the expiry of the lease and at the commencement of the option period (if any), a review to market is to take place. The market review won’t be conducted until early next year.
I can’t tell you what this amount will be, nor can I request a set 4% increase from the owners. |
