最近想买房,收入4W5,买40W的房子的话,0首付贷的到嘛?(if westpac customer, maximum can borrow 97% of Market value of property depends on his income as well)
Westpac客户可以最多借贷97%
另外明年有比资金可以动,10W左右,到时还掉20%的话,有什么利弊区别吗?(interest calculated on loan amount will be reduced, costwise no difference)
可以节省利息。对于还贷没有什么弊端。使用合适的帐户,多还的部分也可以根据需要提取。
0首付比20%首付会多出多少费用? (mainly mortgage insurance, if borrow more than 80%, need to pay mortgage insurance, say for example, loan amount 380k, purchase price 400k, mortgage insurance is appx 8k)
费用根据多借多少决定。
