1. Insert your SIM to different phone to see if it is the issue associated with your phone set or SIM.
2. change to different APN or check the mobile service center MSC# defined in your phone.
3. Call customer service to create a trouble ticket. Then, the engineer can check your profile and use the network tool to trace your failed MMS call signaling in the last few days to figure out the issue. Usually, they have the whole picture of the call and don't need ask you any question. |
