新申请了一份工作，面试、reference check都通过了，也做了各种risk assessment, 现在问我what would your intentions be in relation to your current assignment? 因为是在同一个系统不同地区不同部门的工作，年假可以转到新工作，今天给本地区的HR打了电话咨询，要我递交termination of employment form, 我怎么感觉不对呀，新工作还没给我正式offer呢，我又问了新工作HR，就给我回了这个邮件, 十几年没换过工作了，不太懂现在的流程，请大牛们解惑！先谢谢了

Could you please advise me what your intentions would be in relation to your current assignment:
Update your current *** assignment to reflect your new *** assignment. Once a verbal offer is made to you, to ensure you are established as a ( *** employee (new job) upon your commencement, please arrange for your separation paperwork to be submitted to your exiting *** to allow for this assignment to be closed in time for your commencement with *** ( new job).

老部门例行程序要你填表。等Offer ( made verbally or in writing) 正式下来后再填不就行了

这个表没问题。等一切定下来再填，因为要填哪天是最后一天。

主要是新工作HR的这个问题是什么意思？ Could you please advise me what your intentions would be in relation to your current assignment？

I think that "separation paperwork" could be your resignation letter or the termination form you have to complete

没有呀！ reference check 过后，周二发了邮件恭喜进入招聘工作的下一步，health check, 疫苗证明、还有上面的问题” If you were to become the successful candidate for this position, as you are an existing *** employee, could you please advise me from the below options, what your intentions would be in relation to your current assignment: Update your current *** assignment to reflect your new *** assignment. 昨天把各种表格和疫苗证明发给HR，今天HR就回了邮件又重复问了这个问题, 所以我在想HR是不是问我的目前工作的安排，什么时候能结束目前工作？

昨天我把疫苗检查之类的发过去了，今天收到HR邮件还是强调这个问题：
