请问施工现场没有围上铁网是去council投诉吗？

就盖房子的施工现场不都是要围上铁网的吗，我隔壁的完全没有围

你说的是临时铁网护栏，也有用胶合板封挡的，不可通视
若工地开挖深，Building Regulation 有强制要求临时护栏

Public access and protection
Adequate public safety should be maintained in public places and areas adjoining the workplace as the work progresses (for example roads, walkways). Where demolition work is adjacent to a public place and there is a risk of falling debris or hazardous noise, a method of protection should be selected and:
erected before the commencement of demolition work
kept in position at all times during the progress of the work, and
regularly inspected and maintained.
Control measures to isolate the work from the public may include installing hoarding such as security fencing, containment sheets and mesh, an overhead protective structure, road closures and specified exclusion zones.
上面是对拆房公司的规定，搜索demolition code of practice就有了。

下面是维州worksafe的规定，要求builders为了保证公众安全要立围栏。

谢回复 不是规定 是OH&S GUIDANCE FOR HOUSE BUILDERS 且有条件
Where uncontrolled hazards are present on a site, there is a requirement that
exposure to those hazards be addressed.

哦我注意到了，是指导不是法规。

楼主的问题可以向council报告吧，我搜了一下我们家这边council的规定，local law,
Building Site Fencing
Building sites must have site fencing. They help to restrict access, prevent litter and building materials from being blown off site and help prevent theft.
