WFH的 现在可以到公司上班吗？

有同事发信给老板说下周一所有WFH 的都可以到公司上班，我查了下自己所在区 是下面区之一 Bayside, Blacktown, Burwood, Campbelltown, Canterbury-Bankstown, Cumberland, Fairfield, Georges River, Liverpool, Parramatta, Strathfield, and some suburbs of Penrith.   是不是还是不能？ 下面是查所在区所查的信息，请教大家到底现在是什么规定？

Working from home
Employers must require an employee to work from home if the employee is reasonably able to do so.

Businesses that do not require employees to work from home if they are reasonably able to do so face a fine of up to:

$10,000 for corporations and
$2,000 for individuals.
If you cannot work from home and you go to your workplace that is allowed to be open, you must wear a face mask (unless an exemption applies).

下周一起，FULLY VACCINATED不是全面开放了吗？我们公司老板，要求打完2针的下周一开始回去上班。

下面区的居民Bayside, Blacktown, Burwood, Campbelltown, Canterbury-Bankstown, Cumberland, Fairfield, Georges River, Liverpool, Parramatta, Strathfield, and some suburbs of Penrith.  可以不WFH， 可以跨区到办公室上班了？ 我是担心上面提到的罚金。

解禁了不是？也没有禁区了吧，我们也是下周全打完针的回去上班，当然会问你有没有concerns之类的，你OK就回去

下星期一开始就没有封锁区域了，大家任意走动

楼主你看的还是现在的要求，以后就没有了

有同样的困惑，老板要求下周一回去上班，不是说要到12月才能这样要求吗？之前不是如果有条件应该在家办公吗？

12.1开始雇主要求。下周开始可以回去上班但不能强迫。这就看老板怎么定义了。

我们也要求回去了，有娃的可以以娃为借口，真不想回去
