ABO溶血 as indication for Caesarean? - first time heard of.
ABO溶血 usually mild and can be treated with phototherapy after birth.
Had one lower uterine segment Caesarean section (LUSCS), it no contraindications, LZ has a choice for either trail of vaginal birth (VBAC- vaginal birth after Caesarecion, was called "trail of scar" in the past) or ask for a repeat Ceasarean section. There is 1:200 risk of uterine rupture after one LUSCS.
For someone has two LUSCS or one classical Caesarean (Verticle incision at uterus), or complication at last Caesarean, or proven small/narrow pelvis - a repeat Caesarean section is needed. |
