Hi all, one of our users just let us know that there is a thread on our new ISP.
My name is David & my role with Epic Broadband is to look after public queries, feel free to reach out to me at any time on email
We've just recently launched Epic Broadband & we're working hard to build a great new RSP. We've built a Layer 2 network throughout Australia, with POP's in NSW, VIC, WA & QLD, LA & SG
We've taken international links across to LA & Singapore on Hawakaii & Vocus Singapore to Sydney cable.
Inside of Australia we use a mixture of Telstra, Vocus, Optus & Ausgrid to get out to the NBN POI's.
Our AS Number is: AS140381 for those that want to see our peering.
We're working on growing our peers daily as the business grows.
When it comes to CVC we're oversubscribing by at least 30% to ensure we can grow the network steadily.
We currently offer 25, 50, 100 & 250Mbps access tails, due to the nature of the 1000Mbps plan and its network draw we're not yet offering gig plans. We're offering some great pricing at the moment to help grow the customer base & our costs.
As for the address queries above, our registered office is Level 11, 66 Clarence Street Sydney NSW 2000. But we work from our NOC / Factory in Prestons as listed above. This is also where we process modems from and other hardware orders.
We're in discussions with vendors to look at doing Mobile Phone services as well.
