因为COVID-19，还有父母生病想着要是病重就回国所以一直延迟citizen考试，看了下记录我一共延迟了有七次（因为每次延迟能选的日期只有下个月的）
没想到今天收到拒信，请问以后还可以再申请入籍吗？谢谢
拒绝原因如下，最近太忙我也没注意有通知必须今年12月14号前必须参加考试，唉。不知道会不会影响记录
You were subsequently sent a letter on 09/10/2020 advising that Subsection 24(1) of the Act requires
the Minister (or a person delegated by the Minister) to make a decision in writing to approve or refuse
an application. There is an expectation that wherever possible a decision will be made within a
reasonable period of time after receiving an application. In this letter, you were advised that you
needed to attend your appointment booked for 14/10/2020 unless you were unwell.
You were advised that since submitting your citizenship application you have had a reasonable
opportunity to demonstrate that you meet all of the legal requirements for conferral of Australian
citizenship and were advised that if you did not attend an appointment before 14/12/2020, a decision
would be made on your application.
There is no evidence held by the department to indicate that you attempted to contact the department
to notify us of why you could not attend your appointment, notify us of why you continued to
reschedule your appointment. |
